2024 Summer Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Winner selection:
- FIVE winners will be chosen at random from all participants on Instagram and Facebook.
- Each winner will be announced on Instagram and Facebook on the 4th of August 2024.
- The winner must provide contact information and a UK telephone number within five working days of the announcement to arrange prize delivery. If not, an alternative winner will be selected.
Entering the competition:
To participate, all entries must follow these conditions on Instagram or Facebook:
- Follow HattonGardenFurniture on Instagram or Like HattonGardenFurnitureUK on Facebook.
- Like the competition post.
- Tag/mention 1 friend in a comment (each tag is an additional entry).
- Be a UK resident.
- Be over 18 years old.
Hatton Garden Furniture competition rules:
- The giveaway is open only to entries with a valid UK address. Products cannot be delivered outside the UK.
- Participants must be over 18 years old.
- The competition runs from 22nd of July to 23:59 on the 3rd of August 2024. Hatton Garden Furniture reserves the right to extend the competition period if required.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
- Entries that do not follow the entry criteria will not be counted.
- Any entries deemed unsuitable by Hatton Garden Furniture will be removed and will not be counted.
- Employees at Hatton Garden Furniture cannot participate in the giveaway.
- Hatton Garden Furniture reserves the right to refuse or accept any entry for any reason.
- The winner will be selected by the team at Hatton Garden Furniture and that decision is final.
- The winner will be announced on Instagram and Facebook competition posts and must supply contact details and a valid postal address within five working days for prize delivery (this can be supplied via direct message or email).
- The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving the winner’s details.
- The prize voucher must be used by 30th of September 2024.
- The prize voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
- The prize voucher is only valid on order totals over £249.
- There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
- Hatton Garden Furniture reserves the right to change the terms at any time.
- By entering the competition/draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
