Delivery and Returns
We usually dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout and determined primarily by product size.

- Free delivery for orders over £50
In the rare situation that you receive a product that is incorrect as per your order confirmation or faulty, you can contact us to arrange a return. Please do this at your earliest possible convenience.
Should there be visible damage to the outer packaging, you must open the carton and inspect the items inside. If there is damage, you have the option to reject the delivery, ensuring that the driver notes this on the delivery receipt.
Should you wish to receive the goods and subsequently find damages, then you should take photographs of all defects and report this to us within 24 hours of delivery by sending these to info@hattongardenfurniture.co.uk. We will then endeavour to arrange for you to receive a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible.
Sometimes, we all have a change of heart and if that happens and you wish to return your product with a non-manufacturing fault, you may return your product(s) to us, at your own cost. The product(s) must still be within their original packaging and in a saleable condition for us to accept the return.
In addition, if your order had originally been susceptible to free delivery, we will deduct any delivery costs that we have incurred, before processing your refund. If you would like to know the value of this, before arranging return, please feel free to contact us and one of our team will be more than happy to assist you.
This does not affect your statutory rights and should be organised within 14 days of delivery.
